By accessing or using the Maple Leaf Appliance Repair website (the "Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Maple Leaf Appliance Repair provides residential appliance repair services in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Montreal. Our services include, but are not limited to, the repair of refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, ranges, cooktops, and freezers.

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

When you book an appointment through our website or by phone, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and service address information • Be available (or have an authorized adult present) at the scheduled time • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee for appointments cancelled without adequate notice.

All pricing is provided upfront before any repair work begins. A diagnostic fee may apply for service calls. Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit cards, debit, cash, and Interac e-Transfer. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labour for all completed repairs. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair • Damage caused by power surges or external factors • Consumable parts (filters, belts, etc.) subject to normal wear

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maple Leaf Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or property damage not directly caused by our technicians.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Maple Leaf Appliance Repair or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site • Collect or harvest any personal information from the Site
