He made some measurements before the installation to check if my new washer fits right in. He patiently replied to all my questions regarding the installation process. Having connected the washer to the water inlet and drain pipe, James installed it on the spot and then leveled and secured it. Then he plugged it in to show its functions. Nice and polite service.
